Trust Improvement Officer
Beginning her career in education in a pastoral role, Natasha went on to train as an English teacher through a graduate programme. Since then, she has held a range of middle and extended leadership positions, with a strong focus on teaching and learning, alongside supporting trainee teachers, early career teachers, and colleagues new to the profession.
Across her work, she is guided by a belief in the power of collaborative learning – both in the classroom and in professional development. She is committed to fostering environments where knowledge is constructed collectively, where staff and students learn from one another, and where reflective practice is central to continuous improvement.
In her Trust-wide role, she works to share expertise and drive the development of teaching and learning across all phases. A key aspect of this work involves shaping and strengthening provision for Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and the Early Career Teacher Programme (ECTP), ensuring high-quality support and professional growth at every stage.
Most recently, she has been seconded to our new all-through school, Alkerden CofE Academy, where she is part of the senior leadership team. In this role, she leads on the development of curriculum and pedagogy, helping to establish a coherent and ambitious educational experience for pupils from early years through to post-16.
