Aletheia’s Staff Voice is a platform to ensure colleagues across the Trust feel valued and heard.
The Staff Voice group promote collaboration by encouraging schools to work together on common priorities, share effective practice, and enhance communication between staff and leadership. By building an enthusiastic and engaged workforce, the group strengthen relationships and promote a culture of shared purpose across our family of academies.
How it works?
1-2 staff representatives from each academy volunteer to take part in Trust Staff Voice meetings, held every other term. These representatives come together to:
- Discuss key initiatives and share best practice
- Provide feedback on Trust-wide developments and policies
- Explore ways to enhance wellbeing, communication, and collaboration
- Ensure that staff perspectives help shape strategic decisions across the Trust
Through open dialogue and partnership, the Staff Voice ensures that every staff member has the opportunity to feel valued, heard, and part of our collective success.
Student Voice
At Aletheia Academies Trust, we recognise the power of pupil voice in shaping the direction of our academies. We firmly believe that our pupils are instrumental in driving positive change within our schools and wider communities.
Every other term, representatives from each academy’s Student Council meet to share ideas, discuss initiatives, and plan what they would like the Trust Student Voice to achieve. These meetings ensure that pupil perspectives are heard at Trust level and that their contributions actively influence our ongoing development.
We are proud to use the Smart School Councils model, which empowers every pupil to take part in discussions, decision-making, and action planning. This inclusive approach ensures that all voices, not just those on councils, are heard, valued, and can make a difference.
