Corrina has recently joined the Aletheia Team having worked in Financial Leadership roles in the Schools and Further Education sectors for more than 25 years. As an experienced CFO, her career has been shaped by a deep commitment to public‑value organisations and the communities they serve; Corrina sees her role as ensuring that learners’ needs are kept at the forefront of all business planning. Before joining Aletheia, she held CFO roles at Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust, where she played a central role in strengthening financial resilience across a diverse and growing group of Pre-16 specialist schools and Post-16 specialist College centres, serving learners with a wide range of SEND. Before working in education, she held a number of financial roles in the private and commercial sector.
Corrina is recognised for her calm, solutions‑driven leadership style and her ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insight. She builds strong relationships across teams, champions good governance, and ensures that financial decisions support long‑term organisational wellbeing.
