Executive Headteacher (Primary Phase)
Chris is an experienced educational leader, having been in school leadership for over fifteen years, including more than a decade serving as a Headteacher. As Executive Headteacher, Chris is deeply passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of all children and young people, believing that every child deserves the very best opportunities to succeed.
Chris strongly believes that schools make a transformation difference to the lives of children and that the greatest impact is achieved when leaders, staff, families, and communities work together with a shared purpose. His commitment to educational excellence is matched by a determination to ensure that every decision made is in the best interests of children.
Chris plays an active role in the wider education community. He sits on the North Board of the Kent Association of Leaders in Education and serves as Vice Chair of the Gravesham Learning Partnership, helping to strengthen collaboration and improve outcomes across schools within the region.
