Tim Muggridge
Director of Education
Tim has extensive experience in primary education and school leadership, having worked in schools across Medway for over twenty years, much of this time in senior leadership roles. During his career, he has served as a Leading Mathematics Teacher, an ECT Induction Trainer, and worked with Sport England to support the development of high-quality PE teaching in primary education.
Tim holds the National Professional Qualification for Headship and is a Local Leader of Education. He is currently Executive Headteacher of a number of schools within the Trust, supporting leaders and staff to secure strong outcomes for pupils across a range of primary settings.
Tim is also a governor at a local community special school, giving him a strong understanding of SEND provision and the local educational landscape.
Tim is passionate about curriculum design, school improvement, and ensuring that every child is given the right opportunities, support, and challenge to succeed.
